I am a seasoned Project Controls professional with over 20 years of project experience including specific expertise in CPM scheduling.  I’ve developed and maintained multiple EPC project schedules, including detailed Startup sequences.  I work both for and with the Project team in the development and execution of the Project Plan.  I always present the project from the scheduling perspective in all meetings with client, staff and sub-contractors.  I’m proficient in development and use of project-specific Work Breakdown and Enterprise Project Structures (WBS and EPS), with years of experience in construction progress assessment; devising workarounds, analyzing and revising logic.  I am currently performing earned value calculations, CPI, SPI and variance reporting on multiple DOE projects.
